Lancel is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns must include original packaging and security tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Return Request
Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original dust bags and boxes, ensuring the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment is securely attached to the outside.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our logistics partner using your RMA details.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned leather goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
